Logan Chad was born March 25th, 2011 at 8:02 a.m. He weighed 7lbs 14oz and was 20 inches long. I've decided that a c-section baby comes out much "prettier" than a natural baby. Definitely not as swollen and definitely does not have a cone head. When Peyton first saw Logan in the hospital she was not sure what to think, in fact we are pretty sure that she wanted to send Logan back to where he came from. After a couple days she realized that he was here to stay and embraced the whole new baby in the house situation! Peyton now loves and is rather protective of her baby brother, thank heavens! It definitely has been an adjustment taking care of 2 kids but definitely worth it!!!!
Easter 2011 was fantastic. We had a great time with Peyton doing a little Easter egg hunt when we all woke up. After church we headed over to my parents house for Easter dinner and another Easter egg hunt. We also visited Chad's family later that evening. The joys of having both families in the same town! It definitely takes a lot of work!
